i hate alaska... with a passion. I just spent two months in the 'last unexplored territory' and i'll tell ya, Lets leave it that way!~ haha.... it does bring come out beautiful in photographs though. I love this... where at in alaska is this? theres too much vegetation to be all that far north

lol well i definately wouldn't be able to spend that long there.. but it does have some very nice scenery, perfect for photography
it was taken on Prince of Whales Island, which is near Ketchikan..you know it?

far too large for upload, makes it too hard to see and take in at once. i wish the silhouettes were sharper, but like the colours and lighting :)

Wow, this is really beautiful! I normally don't like sunsets, but this one is so beautiful! I love the orange and gold colors!

I like the bright sunset and the reflection on the water. Also the silhouettes are very nice. Presentation: should resize the photograph to make it more clear and clean. Artisitic: I would be a more powerful photo if you used the rule of thirds. If you included only a little of the water it would make the sunset more of the focal point and emphasize. If you included only a little of the sunset it would give the photo depth with the water and make the water appear more vast and mystical.
