How much photomanipulation did you do on this? Cause if it's just the eyes, you can probably submit it to photography... unless it's not your photograph.
I love the pose and lighting, and mostly everything technical about it is good there are just some problems with the make-up. For one, her make-up is uneven. Her left eye (or to her, right) has smudged, thinner eye liner that thins in the middle of the eye, while her right eye (or to her, left) has thick even eye liner that doesn't thin.
If you are going to keep this photomanip perhaps you can fix the models makeup mixup?
